ICO520 is powered by the high-performance 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i7/i5/i3 or Celeron® processors. Designed to adapt and scale with changes in the OT environment, the DIN-rail fanless edge gateway adopts a versatile and flexible design with rich I/O interfaces, wireless module expansion, and dual display support. With rugged construction, the system can withstand operating temperatures ranging from -40°C to +70°C, ensuring it is suitable for harsh environments, including sealed cabinets. It offers a wide voltage input range of 9V to 36V DC for easy adoption in diverse industrial applications. It offers dual display functionality that can connect to two monitors.

 

With the modular I/O design, the ICO520 is highly flexible with advanced or simplified configuration options. Both versions of the ICO520 feature four RJ-45 isolated 2.5GbE LAN ports, two HDMI, four USB 3.1, and five antenna openings; the advanced model ICO520 has additional two isolated DIO and four isolated COM ports (RS-232/422/485). The ICO520 has great expandability with one M.2 Key B 3050/3052 slot for 5G/Wi-Fi, one full-size Rev.1.2 PCI Express Mini Card slot for LTE/Wi-Fi, and one full-size Rev.1.2 PCI Express Mini Card slot for mSATA/Wi-Fi, as well as three SIM slots. The industrial-grade DIN-rail embedded platform is compatible with Windows® 10 IoT and Linux to provide an open standard operating system for software program development.
