How do I get help with setup or troubleshooting?

Is warranty registration required?

No registration is required. Your warranty is auto-activated upon purchase.

Do you offer repairs for out-of-warranty products?

Yes. A one-time diagnostic and admin fee applies for out-of-warranty returns. Repairs will only proceed after customer approval. Spare parts are charged separately, based on actual damage assessed. If the same issue recurs after repair, no additional charge will apply. All shipping costs (to TNS or the factory) are borne by the customer.

What payment methods do you accept?

Web orders are transacted through credit cards. Please email TNS if you prefer to transact through paynow or bank transfer.

Is it safe to make payments on your website?

Yes, all online transactions are secured using trusted payment gateways. We do not store credit card information.

Can I cancel or get a refund for my order?

Orders are non-cancellable once confirmed. Please contact TNS for assistance.

I’m new to TNS. Do I need to create a TNS account before ordering?

No, you don’t need a TNS account to place an order.

Delivery & Collection

Do you provide free delivery?

Yes, we offer free delivery within Singapore mainland for orders over S$80 (excludes Jurong Island, shipyards, and restricted zones).

How long does delivery take?

Standard local delivery is within 2–4 working days. For time-sensitive orders, contact us before placing an order.

Can I self-collect my order?

Yes. Please select the self collection option during checkout. Our staff will notify via email when the order is ready.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide except sanctioned countries. If you encounter any issues during checkout or your country is not listed, please contact us for assistance.
