Delivery

Are all products available for delivery?

Our products are all available for local delivery (Singapore). For places where a delivery permit is needed, please inform us beforehand.

For overseas shipping, please contact TNS for assistance.

How does free delivery work?

Enjoy free local delivery service for online order over S$80. Free delivery service is within Singapore mainland (excluding Jurong Island, shipyards and restricted locations). Your order will reach you in 3 to 5 working days.

Can I request a specific time For delivery?

We are unable to allocate a specific time for delivery. Let us know your preferred timing and we will try our best to meet your request if possible.

Is there same day delivery?

TNS does not offer same day delivery service. Local delivery fulfillment is between 2-3 working days on weekdays between 10am to 5pm.

Can I arrange for self-collection?

Yes, for urgent purchases, please contact TNS before placing your order.

Do you have an office that I can visit to view the products?

Yes. We have demo showcase of the brands we represent. Schedule an appointment with us

Can I test an item before buying it?

Unless displayed in TNS office, we keep our products sealed in our warehouse. Should you wish to try a product before ordering, please email your request to us

Do you do repairs?

TNS offers local support to users experiencing technical issues with Moxa, Axiomtek products purchased from TNS. Kindly complete the RMA form to request for service.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

tns.com.sg is a secured site and we transact through established payment gateways like paypal. TNS does not keep any record of your credit card/bank details

What are the payment methods?

Web orders are transacted through credit cards. Please email TNS if you prefer to transact through paynow or bank transfer.

Can I get a refund?

TNS does not accept order changes after order confirmation. Refunds are subject to approval if it is caused by our error (damaged/defective/incorrect product etc.) within 14 calendar days from date of invoice. Please contact your TNS salesperson for assistance.

Do i need to register for product warranty?

No registration is necessary. Your product is registered at the time of purchase.

How do I configure/use/troubleshoot Moxa & Axiomtek Products?

TNS offers advice on product configuration and technical support. Our hotline +65-67476740 is open from 9.30am to 5.30pm on weekdays. You can email your questions to us.
