Conditions Of Sale

1. General

1.1 Prices does not include the cost of onsite technical support, factory acceptance test and commissioning.

1.2 Goods sold are warrant under TNS warranty terms & conditions. Subject to changes without prior notice

1.3 In the absence of any express provision in the Contract:(i) delivery shall be ex-works; and (ii) risk in the Products shall pass to the Customer at the time of delivery.

1.4 If the Customer does not take delivery of the Products or give TNS adequate delivery instructions then TNS may without prejudice to any of its other rights or remedies:(i) effect delivery of the Products by whatever means it thinks most appropriate at the Customer's risk and expense; or (ii) arrange storage of the Products at the Customer's risk and expense; or (iii) by notice in writing, treat the Contract as repudiated.

1.5 Except when full payment is made in cash, all goods remain the property of TNS Asia Pacific Pte Ltd until all sums due or owing to TNS on any account have been fully paid.

1.6 Orders are non-cancellable non-returnable

1.7 Goods sold are non-refundable and non-returnable.

1.8 TNS reserves the right to change and/or update or withdraw this offer in the event that the latest circumstances makes it impractical or impossible to perform the obligations set out in our offer.

1.9 All terms, conditions and specification are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Delivery

2.1 Self Collection

2.1.1 For urgent request, kindly contact TNS before ordering. This is to check if we can fulfill it as required.

2.1.2 A confirmation email will be sent to customer when the order is been packed and ready for collection.

2.1.3 Please print out the email and collect your item from TNS office*

2.2 Domestic Shipping

2.2.1 Enjoy free domestic delivery service for online/offline order over S$500 (ex GST).

2.2.2 Free delivery service is within Singapore mainland (excluding Jurong Island, shipyards and restricted locations).

2.2.3 Delivery lead time is up to 10 working days. No delivery on Saturday, Sunday, Singapore Public Holidays and TNS office closure days.

2.2.4 A confirmation email will be sent to you when the order is ready for delivery. This will be initiated after payment receipt.

2.2.5 Dates for delivery are approximate only and TNS shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay in delivery.

2.2.6 S$15 (ex GST) delivery charge applies for Online order below S$500.

2.2.7 S$30 (ex GST) delivery charge applies for Offline order below S$500.

2.2.8 Additional charges may apply for remote/restricted locations.

2.2.9 Re-delivery request is subject to minimum charge of S$30 (ex GST).

2.3 International Shipping

2.3.1 The customer is responsible to ensure that the product can be lawfully imported to destination country before placing any order(s).

2.3.2 International shipping service will be in accordance to Incoterm Delivered at Place (DAP). The Customer is responsible for: (i) all duties, rates, taxes, dues, levies or charges imposed in connection with the Products by any country to which the Products are to be delivered; and (ii) the fees of any Chamber of Commerce and any consular fees of the country to which the products are to be delivered.

2.3.3 Internal Shipping Service will be done by TNS delivery vendor and is subject to the vendor's service level agreement. No delivery pickup arrangement on Saturday, Sunday and Singapore Public Holiday.

2.3.4 The amount of shipping charges shown is an estimate. There may be circumstances that TNS may contact the customer again regarding changes to shipping charges.

2.3.5 The Customer must ensure that the address details are correct. TNS does not take responsibility for wrong address provided.

2.3.6 A confirmation email will be sent to you when the order is ready for delivery. This will be initiated after payment receipt.

2.3.7 Once the item has been dispatched out from our warehouse, an email with shipment tracking link will be sent to the customer.

2.3.8 Dates for delivery are approximate only and TNS shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay in delivery.

2.3.9 Delivery time might be delayed during peak festive periods.

2.3.10 The customer will bear full delivery charges if there is re-delivery arrangement.

2.3.11 TNS will not be responsible for any lost or damaged package during or after the delivery.
