What payment methods does TNS support?

TNS accepts payment via credit card, paynow transfer and bank transfer. Please note that payment must be made in full and received by us before delivery or pickup of your purchase can occur.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

tns.com.sg is a secured site and we transact through established payment gateways like paypal. TNS does not keep any record of your credit card/bank details

Delivery

Can I select a specific time for delivery?

We are unable to allocate a specific time for delivery. You may let us know your preferred timing and we will try our best to meet your request if possible.

Does TNS provide same day delivery?

No, TNS does not offer same day delivery service. Local delivery fulfillment is between 2-3 working days on weekdays between 10am to 5pm. Please contact TNS for assistance on urgent purchases
