Axiomtek IPC960A industrial edge system is powered by 14th/13th/12th generation Intel Core processors with the Intel Q670E chipset. It incorporates a future ready expansion design for optional wireless module for wifi and 5G. IPC960A offers flexible expansion options with up to 350W power for GPU cards. To ensure stable and reliable operation in harsh industrial environments, the IPC960A has a wide operating temperature range of -20°C to +60°C and a power input from 18 to 36VDC.

Axiomtek’s IPC962A and IPC964A continue the IPC960 series design with flexible expansion options. They have one optional I/O expansion module slot and I/O module options include Axiomtek’s AX93511, AX93512, AX93516, AX93519, and MIO160. They are equipped with 2/4 PCIe/PCI slots for integrating diverse add-on cards, such as I/O cards, motion cards, vision cards, and GPU cards to support machine control and vision applications or automated optical inspection (AOI). The IPC962A and IPC964A support up to 200W power for add-on card with the Axiomtek EIO141 module (1 PCIe x16 Gen4 + 1 PCIe x8/x4 Gen3 + 2 PCIe x4 Gen4) and EIO142 module (1 PCIe x16 Gen4 + 1 PCIe x4 Gen4 + 2 PCI). These IPC computers have a wide operating temperature range of -20°C to +60°C and a wide range of power input from 18 to 36 VDC for operation in mission-critical environments.

IPC962A and IPC964A are designed to deliver efficiency, productivity, and ruggedness across industries. They are equipped with dual DDR5 4800/4000 SO-DIMM for up to 64GB of system memory. By supporting two 2.5" HDD/SSD with Intel® RST supported and one optional M.2 Key M 2280 socket (PCIe x4 Gen4), these high-performance industrial computers deliver sufficient storage for massive data processing. It also supports Intel® VMD for enterprise-grade management of NVMe SSD. They also offer one full-size PCI Express Mini Card slot with SIM slot and one M.2 Key E 2230 socket for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/LTE modules. The intelligent edge computing systems support rich I/O options, including one 2.5GbE LAN port (Intel I226V), one GbE LAN port with Intel AMT, one RS-232/422/485, six USB 3.2 Gen2x1 (10G) ports, one internal USB 2.0 port, one DisplayPort++, one HDMI with 4096 x 2304 resolution, one DVI-D with 1920 x 1200 resolution, one 3.5mm jack for Mic-in and Line-out, one switch for power on/off with LED (default ATX), 4-pin terminal block for DC input, and 4-pin terminal block for ignition control.
