Do you offer repairs for out-of-warranty products?
Do you offer repairs for out-of-warranty products?
Yes. A one-time diagnostic and admin fee applies for out-of-warranty returns. Repairs will only proceed after customer approval. Spare parts are charged separately, based on actual damage assessed. If the same issue recurs after repair, no additional charge will apply. All shipping costs (to TNS or the factory) are borne by the customer.

Yes, we offer free delivery within Singapore mainland for online orders over S$80 (excludes Jurong Island, shipyards, and restricted zones).
