As a new member of our Sales team you are responsible to develop direct sales activities among our customers in a B2B environment. You’ll be providing excellent customer service and support as a first point of contact.
We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and customer-oriented inside sales coordinator in a B2B environment who is a team player and is willing to learn. Your role is to support the sales team in order processing. Handle and resolve customer inquiries, prepare quotations. You will also support sales team in lead generation/growth.
Requirements
• 1-2 years of sales experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Conversational mandarin is a plus
• Team player, self-motivated and willing to learn
• ITE or Diploma holder (Computing hardware knowledge is a plus)
• Singaporean/PR preferred
